Users authorize access to Instagram Business or Creator account data so Leonic Animation can support publishing, analytics, and reporting workflows.

• Instagram profile/account information
• Published media records
• Media performance and insights
• Comments on media managed or published by the connected account
• Sentiment analysis results generated from those comments

How We Use Instagram Data

This data is used only after authorization to support approved client workflows.

• Publish approved Instagram content
• Analyze post performance
• Analyze audience comment sentiment
• Generate client-facing reports
• Improve creative strategy

Users can disconnect Instagram access at any time.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Users can request deletion of Instagram-connected data.

To request deletion, email support@leonicanimation.com with account email, Instagram username, and deletion request.

Upon request, Leonic Animation will delete stored access tokens, Instagram account data, media records, comments, insights, and sentiment analysis records associated with the user.

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
